They were working fine but every other summer they would have an issue, typically in the middle of summer. I searched for companies that do installs in the vicinity and came across Martin's company. I requested a quote from him and three other companies. After receiving all the quotes, I compared them and selected Grand Canyon Refrigeration. Martin from the start was impressive. He answered all my questions, even though I was looking at several different price ranges on units. He did not push me (up sale) to the costliest unit. He actually recommended the least costly unit based on my existing constraints of the home. The others were pushier and trying to sell me all kinds of add-ons. Martin’s quote was straight forward and very fair. He is a small business owner that lives in the community, that was a plus. The process was very simple, he placed me on his schedule and kept in contact until he started.I replaced the ACs and furnaces, he said the install would take three days. He worked with a partner that was equally friendly and trustworthy. They got started and were finished in two days, that was a treat in itself. I allowed them to start at 7 AM and work till 6 PM. The install was very clean and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. One thing, I always like to see when I meet a contractor is their workspace (truck, van, ect.). I noticed that Martin’s is very organized and clean which I feel is typically a reflection of how they will leave your house. I can confirm, that Martin is very clean and he did not leave me with a big mess at my house. While I have not been able to enjoy the AC yet, I am very excited to see how they work. The heat side is working very well and the family is warm at night. I added a few pictures of before and after.I would highly recommend Martin’s Services for all your home AC/Heating needs!

My AC stopped working Friday, so I had someone come down to diagnose the issue. They quoted around $800 dollars, telling me I needed to replace the blower motor part. I spoke with Martin on the phone and he was able to come down to check the issue soon after. After just a few minutes, he installed the part needed and my AC was fixed. There was nothing wrong with the blower motor the initial company was telling me to replace at all. All I needed was the capacitor. First dealt with Martin when, after 3-4 previous attempts by a contractor our home warranty sent out resulted in ZERO results with getting our AC running last year. Martin came out and immediately said the compressor should have been replaced … More on the first visit. He worked with our home warranty folks and got everything settled. I didn't have to deal with them at all. Well just last week I was in Colorado visiting family when my wife called and said our AC was not working again. The home warranty folks sent some contractor out, he said the compressor was leaking and he could work on it because the contractor who put it in had to. Long story, Martin had one of is co-workers come out and it was the coils going bad on our 19 year old system. Once again Martin worked with the home warranty company. Of course the home warranty company would not cover the new AC and furnance, but Martin was able to explain to them and get us the most cash out value. Martin and his team had a totally new AC and furnace installed in less then a day and a half. Martin is honest, responsive and caring. I will only call him and his team from here on out for any AC/furnance needs.
